  1. US citizens are required to report income and pay US income taxes on foreign earned income while living outside of the US.

    Being a dual Canadian/US citizen means that you would have to report and pay US income taxes on your Canadian income while you live in Canada.

  3. You are free to travel between both countries as you see fit - whether it be for leisure, working or living in one or the other permanently. Furthermore, since Canada's basically ran by England (the Queen is the Prime Minister), you will be able to travel there pretty freely, too.

  4. For one thing; you can legally live and work in either country.

  5. Hey, you're like me!  So far, haven't really discovered any.  It's not like Canadians need a visa to visit the US or vice versa. And, for most countries that don't require a visa for Americans, they don't require a visa for Canadians either. But, some countries (China) charge much higher visa fees for Americans than other nationalities.
