What are the benefits of opening a call center in panama, city panama?

My partners are looking to open a call center in panama. I was interested in some information on what the cost per seat and calls. Anything else that you feel would be important for us and our investors to know about opening a call center in Panama

- The workforce has a high percentage of english speaking population to staff your office. Call centers are becoming big business in Panama. It's easy to find employees here and the pay is a fraction of what you would provide domestically.

- The official currency is the US Dollar, so especially for North America businesses this makes payroll and accounting operations much easier. No unusual currency conversion problems to deal with either

- There is a lot of affordable commercial space available which accomodates the needs of a call center (tech ready)

- Last but certainly not least... the government is stable, you don't have to worry about too many changes too frequently or uprisings, really not kidding, this happens in other jurisdictions!
