  1. The most important thing about strength training is that it helps build "muscle memory", so we maintain our muscle mass as we age. The older we get our muscle mass diminishes which could make everyday activities tiring as we age.

    It may be best if you try Google, you would find a lot more interesting stuff on the issue.
