What are the benefits of these following vegetables Petchay Baguio, Okra, Camote tops to our pet birds?

Hi! I have some parakeets and african lovebirds.... I have read some forums about birds and they say that OKRA, PETCHAY BAGUIO, CAMOTE TOPS are only few vegetables that are good for our birds. I just want to know what are the specific health benefits that they can get on it. I hope someone can answers my questions... I just want all my feathered friend get healthy.

when i first got my love birds, i got on the net to see what they eat,they don't eat anything but the bird seed. all birds are not the some in what they like to eat. you can go to the pet shop and buy some stuff to put in they water
