    To remain fit by physically & mentaly

  3. The ability to give women orgasms so powerful they will THINK they are in heaven.....

  4. Nearly unlimited.  Better health, quicker thinking, better mental health, better confidence and new abilities.

    The power of meditation is the power of mind over matter, as well.  When we meditate, we are learning the nature of the human body, understanding the illusion of dualism and individual nature.

       1. relaxation,

       2. concentration,

       3. altered state of awareness,

       4. suspension of logical thought processes, and

       5. maintenance of self-observing attitude.

    and to focus my mind in the beginning, i think about being in a relaxing place and picture it which is great mental excercise
