  1. Refresh plus eye drop

  2. It's a complete matter of preference- any preservative free drop is 'safe' as opposed to preserved drops. For years, I had used a huge combination of PF drops, including refresh celluvisc, endura, bion tears, mini drops, ect. Ultimately, you need to trial them all to find the 'right one' for you.

However, I personally believe that the 'best' drops based on performance and support towards eye health are dwelle and dakrina, which DO contain a mild and safe preservative. They can be purchased from http://dryeyeshop.com/ - my experience with these has, thus far, been incredible.

Assuming you're using artificial tears for dry eyes, consider other modifications that can make coping with dry eye easier. Check out http://dryeyezone.com/encyclopedia/treat... for recommendations.

  3. Any of the name brands made by the contact lens solution companies are safe to use as much as you want.

There are no preservatives or ingredients in them that accumulate in your system like the types that " get the red out "
