  2. if he has been dianosed by a health professional its best to follow what ever recommendations they suggest

    when he has stabalised his condition then perhaps try home remedies

    but he should cut out things like cigarettes booze (if applicable)

    cut out fatty foods ditch the pan

    cut out salt and butter or margarine on bread

    cut out cakes and biscuits

    drink only lowfat milk

    start some form of exercise walking or swimming are gently forms of exercise that will dramatically lower his blood pressure

  3. you should talk to your doctor, some diabetics have to check their blood everyday by pricking their finger and then they have to take shots daily. You could cause yourself some serious harm if you don't get the proper treatment. Your sugar drops and you don't have the right medicine you could end up in the hospital, so you should def. see a doctor.

    Non pharmacologic treatment of hypertension includes exercise, weight loss,restricting salt intake, restricting caffeine

    Non pharmacologic treatment of diabetes includes exercise and wt loss, avoidance of refined sugars, and starches ("white foods")

    These should all be done whether or not you are on prescription meds for the above conditions.

  6. I'm a Type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure and no natural remedy has been able to help me. I have to use prescription pills.

    However, exercise does help. Do 30 minutes or more of daily exercise.
