Only "the one who knows all" can tell you that....

(so I won't venture to contradict...)

But, I like and use InPhonex (link in my profile).

I have LiteLine for $7.95/month with unlimited incoming calls + 2.5 cents/min outgoing calls to anywhere in USA/Canada & Europe + 911 + all bells/whistles and NO Conracts or obligations.

Or, they have Unlimited incoming/outgoing USA/Canada calling for $24.95.  No Contracts.... Pay-as-you-go.  They sell ATA phone adapter for $64.95.

Of course, there are cheaper methods if you want to depend on using your PC for calling.  But that's another story for another day...
