What are the best XBOX games?

I already have Halo and all the Splinter Cells. Are there any other good shooting or sword fighting games out there? I prefer 3rd person. And i don't really like Medal of Honor, or other war game. And it can't be too violent, there can't be too much language, and no sexual content

Gears of war 3rd person. (it is violent but if u have XBL then definetly buy it)

Soul calibur 4, < buy it. its a fighting game

and if u want Oblivion ive never played it but ppl say its good
