What are the best acne treatments?

I've been breaking out really badly. I've used drugstore brand treatments, and they don't work. I'm looking for something stronger. What acne treatments will really work. Acne looks really bad on me, because I have really fair skin.

Right now I use Clean & Clear Advantage, and it doesn't do anything at all. I wash my face 2x a day, use an oil-free moisturizer, use mineral makeup to avoid clogging my pores, and use acne treatments. I also wash my makeup brushes, and don't touch my face all the time. IDK what else to do for my acne.

Clean & Clear Advantage sounds like it may use Salisylic Acid instead of Benzoyl Peroxide. You need Persa-Gel or the store brand that has 10% Benzoyl Peroxide in it, because Salisylic Acid doesn't really do much for acne.

If that doesn't work, consider going on the pill. That's the only thing that cleared it up perfectly for me.  The Benzoyl Peroxide worked, but it didn't fully go away until I started taking birth control!  It's something with the hormones, I guess.  It really does make skin flawless.

apply proactive or benzoyl peroxide 2.5 or cream that contains or salicylic acid its very effective for acne and pimples…

drink 8-10 glasses of water

Crush mint leaves to extract the juices. Apply the juice to your face every night. This acne home remedy also the tooth paste works too. To remove the redness apply the eye drops which reduces the redness I think its called Visine it instantly removes the redness.

apply ice to your face regularly it closes the pores so that would definitely reduce the acne breakout
