What are the best acting agencies in Los Angeles?

I'm 14 and I'm looking into getting another agent since I'm not totaly happy with mine. I need an agent that is going to send me on serious auditions and get me out there. any suggestions

As for auditions, although I REALLY do not recommend you auditioning until you've been in classes.....have you?.. if u have then here check these out..i also recomend kidsmanagement.com

they have really helped me.. i am going to auditions they are in august.. the 6th, 9th and 23rd..hope i helped you
