Eat! You should definitely go to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles (www.roscoeschickenandwaffles.com).  There's a few of them in the LA/Hollywood area, even in Long Beach.  I also have to plug Arturo's Puffy Tacos in Whittier (15693 Leffingwell Rd.).  Best taco's ever.  Anaheim always screams out Disneyland to me.  If the $70 ticket to Disneyland is too crazy for the wallet, you can go shopping at Downtown Disney and acquire all the same Mickey Mouse paraphernalia.  Check out flying trapeze at Hollywood Aerial Arts (www.hollywoodaerialarts.com). Then, if all else fails, hit the beach and catch some surf!
