I'm located in the Mid-West so I'm not extremely familar with all the agencies that are in your area but I would do some Google Search for Promo Modeling Agencies and see what you can find. Promomodels.com is a good place to go. GC Marketing Services is another national company. 8 Days a Week Promotions, ATN Promo and Moore Marketing are also good companies (not sure how much work they book in your area though).

NOTE: Any promo agency asking for money when you sign up is a scam. Legit Promo Agencies will not charge your to be part of their company.

Another good place to go to network is OneModelPlace.com. For models OMP is free to join and there's a good amount of promo work you can find through there (at least for the Mid-West there is).
