What are the best and easier to get it Acting for film Agency in NYC.?

Hello all,

I searching for information in what are the best acting for film talent agenies in NYC, and what's the easier way to get in? I'm a working actor and I think it's time to take a bigger step and have an agent represent me. Does anyone know the answer for this question? Maybe you know a good/well known agent that will represent me?

I called William Morris Agency, but they only represent actors that are reffered by someone that know someone at the agency. So it's not easy. Does anyone know an easier way to get in to this agency? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

the only way to get represented by a top agent like Morris is to be a success and they come looking for you.

Theatre Doc is right. Get a smaller agent to start and be great at your craft. If you are then people will notice and you can upgrade your representation and so on.
