If you mean geographical areas  - Ireland is divided into two main regions - South/East and Border/Midlands/  West - Ireland as a whole enjoys good grant aid rates from the EU with the Border Midlands and West enjoying  relatively higher grant rates e.g. 50% in S/E and up to 75% in B/M/W

In terms of agricultural activity all types of farming attracts grant aid including farm diversification enterprises check out www.irlgov.ie for the various Government Departments - alternatively contact the state agricultural advisory service called 'Teagasc'.
