What are the best bars/clubs to go to in Torrevieja?

Help me out here guys, where are the best venues in this area of Spain ;)

there are none really, you'd be better off staying somewhere else. this is not a town for clubs/bars etc, it's a working Spanish town, but with Brits who have retired there. You will find plenty of Brit bars, if that's what you're into. Sorry

Like everywhere else it depends what you are looking for.  The Lounge Bar on the Avenida de los Cortes Valencianas (the main old road) has entertainment every night and I notice that Spaniards and other nationalities like it but it basically a Brit Bar.

In town there are lots of little bars frequented by Spaniards so if you've got the lingo you will find one easily.  If you are on the southern end such as Playa Flamenca there are more bars than you could shake a stick at - with Irish Bars starting to outnumber Chinese restaurants when it comes to swelling numbers!
