  1. My favorite place is McSorley's Old Ale House @ 15 East 7th Street...

    Let's of English and Irish exPats and even some Aussies and Kiwis.

    Fun place.

  3. Sports Bars are usually a safe bet if you're looking for Brits or Irish. The Kinsale Tavern at 94th and Third shows all soccer and Gaelic games and has a large ex-pat contingent.

    The Dive Bar at 96th and Amsterdam is also a good place to meet ex-pats and travelers due to its proximity to a couple of hotels and hostels. Great food there too, including English and Irish breakfasts.
