It's a personal thing, get a shoe that fits your style.

Look for a light shoe, not a heavy one... a little bit springy in feeling too.

Oh, and high-tops do not guard against ankle injuries... trust me.

My favorite is a classic Adidas Superstar 2G Ultra... won't hurt to try it... it really is a classic, a lot of people love them.
