  1. San Sebastian... best place to be when you are in Norther Spain... they have the best beach there..

  2. San Sebastian -- Very Classy Belle Epoque city setting type

    beach

    Santona -- very nice beach next to a nature preserve.

    Those are the only two I have been to. Santander is also supposed to have some nice beaches.
