I have made my own!  I take really stiff, stretchy knit fabric, and cut it and sew it on the side.  It works SO WELL and only costs a buck or so to make.  If you don't have a sewing machine, you can sew the ends together by hand.  It's easy.  I made one the other day, and it probably cost me about 50 cents.  It works perfectly, and sure beats paying 25.00 for a bella band!

I got the tummy sleeve at Motherhood - cheaper than the bella band (comes in three colors) and it works!

get it at motherhood maternity...and its $20 bucks. and it really helps and you can even use it after you give birth

I have a maternity belt from Motherhood that is fabulous!  You can adjust it on the sides and front, and it really keeps your belly supported.
