  1. Best places to go for a party are (in order); London, Ibiza (Spain), Barcelona, Mykonos (Greek Island), Dublin, Havar (Croatian Island), Stockholm, Berlin. Best places for history & sites are; Rome, Edinburgh, Berlin, Prague, Dubrovnik, Copenhagen, York (Northern England), San Sebastian (Spain). In general, Spain is alot of fun and has great historical sites. I found Paris and France to be over rated as I did with Amsterdam. The only place I didn't feel welcome was Croatia and I also found the Germans and Dutch to be very rude people. If  your looking for cheap places to travel, stick to Eastern Europe. Estonia is prob the best Eastern Europe country I went to and they speak English too. Avoid Ibiza if your not rich. Most expensive place on the planet!

  2. check Ohrid, amazing place, the pearl on the Balkans

    great night life,

    many beaches,

    cheap prices,

    hospitable people,

many foreign tourists (Dutch, Serbians, Israelis, Chinese among others),

    delicious traditional food.

so many cultural and historic sites (365 churches, one for every day of the year, middle age fortress, place where one of the first European universities was established)...

there's also the traditional Gradiste Summer Beach Festival (the best DJs in one place), one of the best in the region and Lenny Kravitz is coming in Ohrid in August...

  3. All of the Black Sea resorts near Constanta, RO are cheap, fun and have a great night life since many young people go there for summer break with limited funds.  Eforie Nord is quite nice and there are lots of cheap cabins and rooms to rent, plus you have lots of history and fun things to see in Constanta and you're a short bus/car/train ride from Bucuresti.  Plus, all Romanian girls wear bikinis at the beach, so male travelers will be well entertained.
