Depends what you want to study - a couple of well-respected ones are Imperial College and University College London. (be aware that they are universities, not colleges which are something entirely different in the UK). You get admission by applying just like everyone else, normally through UCAS.

Edit: re. the previous answer, neither Oxford nor Cambridge is in London.
