I have a Mongoose islander and i'm looking for cheap but good disk brakes

  1. To avoid a bunch of problems I would recommend a mechanical disc. Avid makes the best they have 3 levels. I would recommend the BB7: Usually $110. I found it on sale:

    Price Point also has the 2007 BB5 for $35 and 2008 BB5 for $47.
