  1. what i do is i dribble up and down my driveway as fast as i can while working on my moves like between the legs, cross over, behind the back, and the spin dribble. sometimes i combine them. but always remember to keep your head up and dont feel bad if you make a mistake because that means your getting better. stationary moves would be the same moves with your head up and do as much moves as you can in one minute and keep on repeating it. you could also try pounding the ball on the ground so that you could learn to get a feel for the basketball. and also practice attacking the basket, like imagine you have to get past defenders and do moves around them and go hard to the basket and jump as high as you can everytime so that your pushing your self to get as high as you can. if you repeat this, it will help your leap. remember to dribble low and keep your head up when your dribbling nonstationary.
