Debenhams. They have a brand they sell called benefit. A bit pricey but it is great I have loads of it.

Depends if you want to spend mega money with top of the range make-up. Otherwise go to Boots - any high street chemist - woolies -superdrug or your local supermarket.

Boots is probably one of the best places as it does more ordinary and premium make-up brands, depending on which shop you go to.

Superdrug is great for the cheaper, more ordinary brands such as Rimmel and often has good offers on.

Department stores, such as Debenhams, House of Fraser and Selfridges are my favourites though because they have a wide selection of premium brand counters where you can try the products and have free make-overs, which you can't in shops like Superdrug.

Erm Superdrug and Boots for your lower class brands and Jenners,Debenhams and John Lewis for your upper class make-up and most supermarkets do your basic make-up ranges too gawd i love make-up

Superdrug!! They have the 2true range which has 3 productus for a fiver and some of the colours are lush!! I dont see the point in spending a fortune when you can get just as good at a nice price!

most of us will tell u boots or superdrug because u find all brands in there.

For moderately priced make up, head to a larger version of Boots the Chemist, the superstores carry both branded make up and cheaper versions like L'Oreal and Bourjois (which are owned and made by the same people who make Lancome and Chanel cosmetics respectively), they will surely be something to suit you in there.
