What are the best equestrian colleges?

I think i am interested in the New England area so i want to knowthe best equestrian colleges there. Also i dont like that concept of riding random horses like they do in IHSA. I want to ride my own on a hunter team. Also it would be even better if they had a good academic equestrian programs. Any Sudgestions??

University of New Hampshire for equine management (Rutgers in New Jersey had a pretty good equestrian program too)
