  1. First, let's work through the slang. . Muffin Top:  A relatively new addition to the body part jargon, it is due to the popularity of low-waisted jeans and the simultaneous lack of popularity of good dietary and exercise habits.  A muffin top occurs when your fat rolls over the top of your jeans, forming what looks like the puffy top of a muffin popping out over the wrapper.  There two contributors to the muffin, the fat and the jeans.

    Plan: increase core exercise work-out, including abdominals (sit-ups and dead bug), butt (prone leg curls, squats, lunges), Roman chair back extensions, and full body pulley type rowing machine.  Stop eating so many muffins, and get higher waisted (and not so tight) pants until you're ready for the others.


  2. First of all,,it is not called a "muffin" . It is called the "muffin top" hence the shape of a muffin. This is what hangs over your pants. The role,,tire, etc.
