What are the best exercises for getting bigger arms?

most of my body is pretty muscly like my chest, legs, abs, back. but it seems like my arms are taking long time to grow, what exercises can i do to make them bigger and fuller. any answers would be appreciated

  1. Go swimming.  The butterfly stroke dramatically increases the size of your pecs and arms.  Might as well do all the strokes.  


  2. dumb bells

    are the friends

    do every day 10 reps and use heavy weights for though light weights will only tone them and burn the fat and they might look thinner!

  3. Bench press, military press, bent over rows pullups, bicep curls, tricep extensions. And any of the  many many variations of these exercises. Simply put get your bench up to 300lbs and you will be more than happy with your arms. If not aim for 400
