To loose alot of stomach fat?

thigh fat?

arm fat?

face fat? (double chin)

And how to i make my b***s bigger and less triangular? LOL

  1. A good long walk each day is very good for you.


  2. I am in cheerleading, and we work out and exercise a LOT. The coach is REALLY tough on us. So I will give you pretty much our workout and a little more we don't do, but I work on at home. =]

    Jogging, the more steps you take the more calories you burn.

    Crunches and Sit-ups. These help a lot. The whole point of doing them is to do as many as you can, that will help better.

    Sprints. These help a lot also b/c it helps improve your endurance.

    Side and front lunges help the thighs a lot.

    Arm fat... Well that seems a little harder. You might need weights for a lot of it. Like the 5 pound weights. And if you have them or are getting them try lifting them, about 5 sets of 10, and just play around, you might find something good that works for you.

    And face fat, I'm sorry I'm not quite sure how for that, but all I know is running and eating really healthy and not too much junk food, try not to intake too much sugar and fat, that is how you lose weight all over.

    And while exercising it's REALLY very important to drink LOTS and LOTS of water.
