  2. Push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, that sort of thing. Try yoga and pilates, it can keep your mind and body in shape. To do belly dancing, you're going to have to keep a strong stomach (you know that already, you're not stupid), so do exercises focused on that. Running also helps a bit. Good luck!
