  1. get a resistance band to help with ur arm strength...long toss with ur friends...get a hit away of hit off a tee to help ur swing....as for drills u can do plyrometrics or just run alot

  2. Exercises: If your a pitcher, squeeze a rubber ball couple hundred times a day to strengthen your hands. Use a 15/20 lb. free weight and do curls. Use one of those resistant hand things a few times a day too. Don't lift too many weights, it will build muscle in the wrong places and make you stiff. You'll notice with bulky players they aren't as flexible. Running is always good and keep you toned. Next best thing to do besides these simple techniques is to just throw the baseball, or go to a batting cage. The repetitive motion will build the proper muscles. Baseball isn't all about the shape your in, it's about how much you physically understand how your body needs to move to play. Played softball, same difference.

  3. Get a resistance band and try different exercises with it.

  4. Throw a football. It is less stress on your shoulder but still gives good workout to muscles. Nolan Ryan employed this type of training when he was with the Rangers.

  5. as in training or drills? drills would be hard to describe and you would probably be confused lol so try youtube and you will get tons!

As for training you could do pushups! If you want to be good at shooting my coach told me that if you do pushups it builds your biceps therefore your stronger when shooting and you can shoot from further distances with ease.

I would say the best thing to do is join a basketball league like me and get training from coaches there, you will do drills and get better at shooting.

    Hope I helped :)
