Supposedly, the higher the thread count, the more comfy the sheet... I like soft things, so I prefer the sueded feel... but the 800 thread count (TC) are pretty nice!

The best feeling sheets would be the ones that you are on next to me, At least that would be the best for me. I have some 400 count sheets that are pretty good. The higher the count the better the sheets.

Most People agree that the higher the thread count, the more comfortable the sheet. Also sheets with high thread count get very soft after being washed a lot. Be sure that you get sheets from a company that is high quality, as their sheets will last longer. I would say to avoid Decorations on the sheets (like embroidery) because the stitches can be unraveled very quickly. basically, it's not a bad idea to spend a bit of good $ on sheets now, because you will benefit in the long run.
