What are the best fishing spots in the adirondacks around mid to late september?

particularly spots that are not heavily fished.

  1. Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, Silver Lake,

    Great Chazy River (Pike and Smallmouth)

    West Branch Au-Sable River (fly-fish for Trout)

    Lake Champlain, too large to ever get crowded, you can fish for just about any species there
