  1. fruit and veg

  2. Without a doubt vegetables & fruit are the best foods to lose weight. They are low in calories. Be careful with breakfast cereals, they can be high in lots of things that make you put on weight. Homemade muesli is the best. It's easy, just a few oats, a few ground nuts and some dried fruit. I have that every morning for breakfast and no, I'm not a vegetarian.

  3. blueberries are the most healthy food in the world.

  4. I love chocolate, cake, pie, pizza.....mostly all the sugar foods and junk foods.

  5. pineapple is good to loose weight.

  6. low fat foods .....

  7. Whenever I want to shed a few pounds, I give up packaged foods (chips, crackers, cereals, anything ready-to-eat that you have to unwrap, etc). So I eat more "natural" foods like fruit, veggies, salad greens, chicken, steak, fish, baked breads, oatmeal, eggs (I am a BIG fan of egg white omelets!), deli meats, yogurts, cheeses, etc...

It's really easy to follow this rule. Just do all your grocery shopping on the outer aisles first (where all the fresh food like fruits and dairy and meat are), and then save the middle aisles for last. You'll pick up much healthier foods this way.

As for Cherios, I try to stay away from all cereals because they don't fill me up so I tend to eat more... A good alternative is oatmeal and it comes in so many flavors!

  8. Vegetables. Fish. Grapefruit. Most fruits that aren't high in sugar.

If you have salad, don't overdo on the dressing. ;)

  9. Plain cheerios are pretty good for you, because they're made of oats, and the soluble fiber in them can help lower your cholesterol.

If you want to lose weight the biggest thing you need to do is cut a lot of sugar out of your diet. Having a lot of sugar in your bloodstream triggers the hormone insulin to store fat in your fat cells. Try to keep it below 19 grams of sugar per meal. When you eat carbs, make sure they're not highly refined carbs like white bread or white rice. Whole grain foods break down into sugar more slowly than refined grains, which means its less likely insulin is going to trigger the fat storing mechanism. The most notorious source of sugar is high fructose corn syrup. Minimize it in your diet.

Eat a larger percentage of protein in your diet by having lean meats, skim milk, low fat yogurt, beans, etc. Don't completely eliminate fat from your diet, as it is a necessary nutrient. Instead, try to cut out saturated fats and eat more unsaturated fats (fats found in plants, like olive oil, nuts, flax seed, etc.) And eliminate trans fat altogether. It's not good for any one.

Eat like this in six small meals throughout the day, and along with some light aerobic work, you should lose weight relatively quickly.

  10. i dunno, low fat stuff i guess.

  11. nop

  12. You should really just be eating healthy. It'll help with your metabolism and you'll lose the weight slowly, but steadily. It'll also keep the weight off, and won't just be a quick fix. Hope that helps!
