  2. Yeah, I agree with her, protein is good. I love eatting jerky for a little extra protein..gives me just a little bit more energy and you'll definitely need that after working out! I like the beef AND tofu recipes from http://www.beefjerkyrecipes.com try some and tell me what you think...they also have deer, fruit and exotic game!

  3. Try adding a little protein for your muscles. Nuts are a good source.
