  3. see the thing is i dont get americans!!(no offense)its just it alwayes has to be something so hard to get or something that will make you take an hour to make and still be so fatty.The best thing is just fruits and vegetables,and yeah yeah i know you guys would rather be in the whole fatty junk food c**p but you can try just eating fruits dipped in redi-whip whipcream.the best way to go.Hope i helped

  4. Canned tuna sandwich with mayo.  Add a mashed boiled egg, with a little diced pickle.  Put romaine lettuce on this and you have a very good meal.  

    Peanut butter sandwiches are good too.  

    Fried fish or chicken are good selections.  Throw in a loaded baked potato with a nice salad.  Good for you too.  

    Any prime cut of beef with the extra marbling is good protein and high in fat, but the fat is also high carbs.


  5. Go to the store and buy protein powder, milk, fruit or vegetables.make a milk shake with no sugar.
