What are the best foods to eat to lose stomach fat?

i have an extra 5 pounds on my stomach to lose. it's that annoying little pooch that won't go away. what's the fastest and easiest way to lose it?

  1. eat 4-6 meals a day depending on when u wake up every 3 hrs basically not full meals more of 200-400cal snacks  i like to have

    meal 1: 350cals-8am

    meal 2: 200cals-11am

    meal 3: 350cals-2pm

    meal 4: 300cals-5pm

    meal 5: 300cals-8pm

    meal 6: 200cals-10pm 1hr before i sleep i have a glass of milk and a apple it helps me sleep and that whole dont eat before bed isnt true it's better..to have a light carb snack and a bit of protein which is what that apple and skim milk is =)

    eat whole grains complex carbs all whole wheat brown rics fruits veges

    proteins is very important aim for 1g per lb u weigh lean meats like chicken turkey roast beef ham egg whites tuna seafood

    fats keep these minimal have some though like nuts avacados olive oil those are recommended i ssay cook with the olive oil for those fats it makes say ur chicken tastier =) work out strength train 3x a week and ccardio if ur not already active 3-5x a week stay walking around dont sit on ur butt too much GOOD LUCK =)!!


  2. go play sports!dance and learn martial arts...get a dog and take it for walks daily...avoid all sugary/alcoholic drinks,fasfoods & junkfoods...tummy fat will take time ok?be patient

  3. Well, I don't know about you, but I wanted to find a quick, safe and easy way to move this belly fat, without it disrupting meal times at my place, they are disruptive enough without having to think about cooking two different meals! Who can be bothered at the end of the day?!

    I took it upon myself, conned my mother and sister to do it with me, to investigate a new "diet" I had heard about a few years ago that is based on your metabolism type and the portion size of each meal based on 3 categories, fat, protein and carbohydrates.

    you've gotta be really strict, but when you reach your goal - you can cheat on the weekends. . .just make sure that what you cheat with has a lot of fiber so there's minimal fat storage and make sure your active b/c if you just sit back and cram the carb's you can get REALLY sick, trust me.

  5. the fastest way to lose those extra pounds is to cut your calories by 100 to 200 calories.  also eat alot of fruits and veggies which contain no fat calories. also walk for an hour or so to burn up some unwanted calories.

  6. Negative Calorie Foods, especially broccoli, carrot, green beans, tomato, and apple.
