What are the best free social networking sites for artists & performers?

I know Facebook and MySpace, but are there others?

What kind of user do they attract?

I'd like to find one that is a good networking tool for visual and performing artists.

To be honest facebook and myspace are your best bet but i would do myspace just because there is link that lets your search performers and bands pages.

I'm going to have to say Pitchbuzz.com they have allow members to upload audio, video, photo, and more. My friend is an artist on the site and one of Pitch Buzz's media partners approached him to us his work.  And there is so much to do and the members are so friendly. Great place to network!!!
