What are the best gas relief pills?

In your answer exclude the ones containing smithicone, I have tried them their effectiveness does not last.

Get peppermint oil capsules at a health food store. It is the only thing that works for me.

Yeah, Gas-X and Phazyme don't help much.

Drinking lemon water helps.

Beano is good too.

The best is to take papaya pills "before you eat" you can find them over the counter, where the vitamins and minerals are sold,  the label says to take them after you eat, but I found them more effective when taken before you eat..... Hope it helps.
