What are the best glock 19 mods?

Question

looking for some imput / opions on types guide rods , spring rate changes, mag release etc as well as other improvements.best places to buy parts as well

Moe, a Glock 19 is perfectible fine as it is.  Glock was or is offering a premier model which is highly polished and has gold trim if you want to pay a bit more.  The only factory options I would ask for are the night sights and hi cap mags.  I wouldn't mess with the springs until it is time to respring your Glock and then I'd go with Wolfe Springs.
