What are the best headphones to go running with?

Ok.. so I have to go running evryday nd i bring mi iPod with me.

The only problem is that my headphones keep on falling out of mi ears. (they're not apple headphones)

Does ne kno really good headphones to go running with?

I get the kind that sort of wrap around my ears. I can't even feel them and they usually stay in place for the first 3 miles- then I start sweating pretty good and they slip out. So I wear a bandanna around my head to stop the sweat from making my ears wet.

I would take the tiny "sport" headphones that fit completely inside your ear cups.  A lot of the "portable" headphones have round pods that are just a little too big to stay in my ears reliably.  

Good headphones for athletics should have a narrow end, less than about a third of an inch in diameter.
