  1. Well, the most popular natural products for hormone support (and especially hormone balance to help with "monthly issues") would be Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Vitex (also called Chasteberry), Wild Yam, Damiana Leaf, Motherwort, GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid, commonly in Borage Oil and Evening Primrose Oil), and some Soy germ products.

As far as appetite, the most popular ones are Hoodia Gordonii and Slendesta (a potato protein extract)... either one of those help a lot of people with cravings and hunger.

    Good luck!

  2. That's not quite enough information to give you a proper recommendation, but there is formula: Xiao Yao Wan (aka Free & Easy Wanderer).  This formula has a modified version: Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan (Free & Easy Wanderer Plus).  It smooths emotions & harmonizes the relationship between the Liver & Spleen/Stomach.  I highly recommend you contact a Licensed Acupuncturist who also prescribes herbs with this question.  They can properly diagnose your constitution & recommend the ideal formula.  Herbs are not "one size fits all"

  3. A good appetite suppressant is something called Hoodia Gordini, and

for PMS you can try Vitamin B-complex & Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oils, flaxseed oils)...

  4. The best thing is to stabilize your blood sugar first.  When your blood sugar is on a roller coaster ride, your endocrine system is not able to cope and your feed back loop of that system is in chaos.  If you go on a blood sugar handling diet, you will lose your cravings in less than 2 weeks and have a lot more energy.  Once you have done that, you need to get on a diet that supports the endocrine system and you will find that your PMS symptoms will fade into the past.

A certified nutritional therapist can test you for nutritional deficiencies and tell you exactly what you need and how much to take with no guess work.  They can also give you a good blood sugar handling diet that will get rid of the cravings.

    good luck to you

  5. Oh, PMS, that is a difficult one. B vitamins, infusion of stinging nettles, drink a quart daily (also rich in minerals), red clover herb.

I also have some delicious mayan cocoa tea from Yogi Teas that I can drink to help satisfy the craving for things sweet and chocolatey.
