If its for basketball Nike Hyperdunk. They`re being used by the USA basketball team and are 50% lighter than regular shoes. They just released them this past week I think. Ima get them.

There are several decent brands, but since you are borrowing a pair from  you coach, why don't you ask him.

Usually the school or coach has a connection with a running shoe store that will give you a discount.
