What are the best horse treats??

I'm almost done with my container of horse treats and i always like to give my horse a verity (He'll eat anything) so what do you recommend?

I usually give my horse fresh baby carrots. They are healthier, I know whats in them and way cheaper than buying a bag of treats. They really like it when they get rolled in molasses and covered with oats but ey only get that occasionally =)

I buy ginger snaps at the store, the little kids ones that are all natural ( get the Trader Joes Cats Cookies to be exact) and give them to my horse, he loves them, they're all natural and WAY cheaper then "real" horse treats [=

He also eats just about anything, but he really loves these XD

carrots,apples,or even just plain old grain will do the trick!

My horses will kill for honey and oat granola bars, the chewy kind. I have one mare who will be your best friend if you give her rice krispie bars. My horses will eat about anything but they seem to like honey and oat granola the best. If I crinkle some paper that sounds like I am taking the wrapper off one, the will come running.

Do you really want to know what the best horse treats are?  It's consistency, it's "you can depend on me" relationship with your horse and yourself...It's, I am the leader, you are the follower and I won't let you down.  That's the kind of treats that matter.  Other treats that you feed from the hand are actually negative rewards....
