  1. It's impossible to say what the "best" job that offers that benefit might be, because everybody's opinion of "best," when it comes to jobs, differs. Best paying? Best hours? Best working conditions? Best experience? Best people? No people?

    See what I mean?

But there are companies that keep coming up on "Best Places to Work" lists, and those that offer tuition reimbursement figure prominently in such rankings:

Even the government has a "Best Places to Work List" and many place mentioned offer tuition reimbursement programs:

One company that has made tuition reimbursement a key part of its recruiting effort for young employees is UPS: https://ups.iiserve.com/states/ky_trp.ht...

Not to be outdone, UPS competitor FedEx has a tuition reimbursement program of up to $3000 a year for work related courses (and local managers are pretty liberal with approvals, if they know you are working towards a business degree, engineering degree, etc.): http://www.vault.com/companies/company_m...

But you don't need to schlep packages to get tuition reimbursement benefits, as plenty of well known companies with nationwide locations offer them: http://education.yahoo.net/degrees/artic...
