Many people I know say adidas, but the best running shoe is one that really fits you. The pair I have right now are something weird, they're real shoes, but i don't remember the name. They have allot of support in them for my arches.

Go to a running store and have them watch how you run. they'll bring out different pairs, they'll feel really great.

I think the most important part is your type of foot(pronation, supination, regular), and then on what surface you'll run. There are some pretty good New Balance.

pumas are great for running and so is new balance but the pumas are awesome i forgot the style thats good but youll notice it when you try them on

nobody can really answer this question because everybody's foot is shaped differently. so you hav to go try on shoes yourself and see wich one fits the best depending on the shape of your foot.
