What are the best lcds of the world?

A recent test was carried out by Consumer NZ in New Zealand showing that Sony was the most reliable in the LCD department and Panasonic was the most reliable in the Plasma Screens department. However, Samsung also achieved quite pleasing results. Televisions to stay away from would be JVC and Philips.

If you're looking for a TV that's under 40", go with LCDs, anything above, go for Plasma. But at the end of the day, it's all down to personal preference.
