What are the best lenses to get for my situation?

i wear contacts and i would like to get glasses to keep handy. the problem is my eye sight is very bad. i have gotten glasses like 4 years ago, but they made my eyes look really small. i think they were the polycarbonate lenses. which lenses should i get that will not make my eyes look too small or too big?

Without knowing your prescription it is just a guess , but presumeably, if you get the highest index you can afford, eg: 1.67 or 1.74...and the smallest frame that will fit you, it will give the best results and minify the least.
