What are the best majors/careers these days?(Best meaning you'll definately be employed after graduation)?

If you join the Army ROTC program (at most colleges) then your 100% gaurenteed a job directly after graduation, not a bad job either.

First of all, employment depends more on the person`s overall abilities than just a qualification. Hence there`s no qualification that definitely guarantees employment. From employment perspective, degrees in Computer Science, Economics/Commerce or Business Management may be a good choice as IT/BPO are booming industries these days and recruit more manpower.

I'd say look to the health care industry. Nurses are always in need, but it is a hard profession. There are lots of options depending on how long you want to be in school. Look at job openings in your area to see what is open. There are tons of things you can do in health care so keep your mind open.

Speech and Language Therapy

This is what i am studying for...its a very well paid profession but not many people get into it so there is a very high demand for it in the UK and US. Your pretty much guaranteed a job once you've done the degree.
