Such a thing is not possible in our current stage of evolution.Perhaps after most of humanity has realized its hidden potential we will have eternal peace.When most of humanity evolves to the next level they will learn to respect all life and nothing will try to be solved by violent conflict but then again there is no guarantee that a alien species will not try to start a violent conflict.The universe is full of surprises.
